Smart shop complaints

We have received so many complaints against smart shop S/W from our members are given below

1.    Call back requests not answered properly. Only Air related queries are given importance by call center other queries are not answered.

2. No commission is given for many of the international air bookings while our members are getting commissions for same bookings from other web portals.

3.   No PLB for international air bookings while other web portals are giving the same

4.   Higher commission rates are shown in bus bookings but the actual commission is not credited to the accounts. When we called the call center to clarify this issue no one is ready to answer.

5. A considerable amount has been deducted from the members account for activating “YES BANK” and “Air Asia retail store” but these are not activated till now. Our members are seeking refunds for these immediately.

6.   Your sales executive at Madurai is not visiting to the agents shops and he is claiming that he will only attend the software related issues and not responsible for commission and other queries.

 

7.AIRTEL mobile recharge always problem(when we are check history that while showing live but same time we are checked customer mobile not yet top up) .when we are going to complaint request but no response
 
8. when we  are booking bus ticket that while customer mobile number not showing at ticket copy, at the same time customer always confuse  SMS message because that message only intimate PNR only
. we need travels name, dep. time, seat number, travels contact number...

9.we need some training program about your smart shop

We request you to solve these problems as early as possible
